A New Philosophy System in the Works

I have revisited and decided to delete some posts on here while also leaving some for past references. What I have done is reconstructed and improved my fitness philosophy and choices over the last few months. What you will be seeing soon will be vastly different than what I have written about before.

Programs that I have re-visited and will re-edit completely:

The Mutant Series: Tracker, Tail, Butcher. These programs have too many exercises with too many volume. I have decided to edit these out and rebuild them anew and better. I will also be working on programs tailored towards Garrison GPP, Physical Assessment Preps, and All-Around School Prep.

Linchpin and Scourgeburner. These programs have only a few gripes that I intend to fix concerning core and rehab work. They will still remain the same. Other programs that are unorthodox will be one focused on lifting heavy and running long along with a hiking program.

A series of programs will be releasing month by month; each with a different focus. My main focus at the moment is Military, Strongman, Warlord-Building, Prison, and Poly-Athlete

Each programming-focus will have the same core philosophy that will branch off into mini-views that will be established with each focus.
