Training to Fight Supervillains

There’s always a program to train like a superhero, or -even- a supervillain. What’s the fun in that sometimes? Not everyone is going to get “GET RIPPED LIKE WOLVERINE IN 6 WEEKS WITH THIS AB WORKOUT!” or even the even more hilarious “TRAIN LIKE HOW -insert actor’s name- GOT READY FOR -insert superhero/supervillain role”

I have an idea. Maybe it’s a good idea. Maybe a terrible idea. But I’m going to try it out because it seems something fun that I think more people should strive towards.

I’m going to create a series based on…

Training To Fight Supervillains

With this series title in mind, I will pull from sources (comics, movies, shows, books) and create programs that I think will best suit the needs of someone who is a regular everyday joe who wants to prep to fight a supervillain. Daredevil isn’t always going to be able to fight Kingpin. Batman isn’t always going to be able to fight Bane. It’s up to you to stop the supervillain when the superhero is gone.

It doesn’t always have to be one supervillain either. Training can be used to build up to fight against entire organizations such as The Hand and the League of Shadows/Assassins.

Lists of Supervillains to train up against:

  • Bane

  • Kingpin

  • Gorilla Grodd

  • Killer Kroc

  • Slade/Deathstroke

  • Mr. Freeze

  • Ra’s Al Ghul

  • Deadshot

  • Bullseye

  • The Hand
